Goodstorm Launch FAQ With this FAQ, Goodstorm had the challenge of both informing people what their unique site was all about, and also teaching people how to use the site. General Why should our organization work with GoodStorm? Nonprofits have historically had limited resources available to help them produce and market merchandise. We want to change that. Through our marketplace, we help you get your message out there and earn money. With GoodStorm handling the hassles of product marketing, you get more time to focus on your mission. Why use GoodStorm and not other merchandise and print- on-demand sites? Other sites don't understand the unique needs of nonprofits, which could lower your profits. We exist to make the most money possible for nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and other groups with a mission beyond making a buck. And shoppers who buy products from GoodStorm not only get great merchandise, but we also donate a portion of our profits back to help charitable groups. If I partner with GoodStorm, what percentage of the profits do I keep? If you're a GoodStorm partner organization, you keep 70 percent of the profits from your sales. We retain 30 percent of the markup value of each T-shirt to reinvest in the development of our company, to better serve all of our partners. We also support our own corporate charitable donation program. What's in it for me besides profits? As a GoodStorm partner, you get a low wholesale price for any T-shirt item. In our marketplace, you set your own retail price, and we share the profits based on that price. We help you run a no-hassle online store for your T-shirt designs and handle all the printing, inventory control, and fulfillment. How can I reach someone at GoodStorm if I have a problem? Products What products does GoodStorm have available? Currently, we offer T-shirts with both digital and screen-printing options to suit your diverse needs. Simply submit your design, select your merchandise, and set the retail price that best suits your organization and customer, and leave the rest of the work to us. Are GoodStorm's products American-made? Yes. We try our best to work only with companies that use American, sweatshop-free labor. If there are great vendors you think we should know about, e-mail us at [insert address]. Likewise, if you feel our vendors are not true to our vision, we want to hear that, too. Does GoodStorm have T-shirts for kids? Yes, we offer youth T-shirts ranging in size from small to x-large. Does GoodStorm offer more than T-shirts? Right now, we are focusing on T-shirts. Buying Can I pay by check or cash? At this time, we only accept credit card payments. I hate ordering online. Can I do it by phone? Sorry, but we cannot take phone orders from general customers at this time. However, you'll find that all online transactions with us are safe and secure. Our site employs 128 bit SSL encryption (that's a lot). Featured store Partners can place special orders by calling a designated GoodStorm contact. I live outside the U.S. Can I use GoodStorm? At present, we can fulfill orders throughout the U.S. and Canada. Is there a minimum order? There are no minimums for digital printing orders. For screened orders, the minimum order is 144 shirts of one design (can be multiple shirt sizes and styles). What if I want to buy a lot of shirts? Is it cheaper? Yes, if you are ordering screened shirts you save when you order more than 20 shirts. Volume discounts only apply for orders using one shirt design, but can include different shirt styles and sizes. Does GoodStorm offer other discounts? Not at this time. What about gift certificates? Not at this time. Do I need to create an account to buy something? Yes, and it's easy. You'll be given a username and password. We won't save any info unless you'd like us to, and we won't share your info.
